Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use buzzyx.com ("BuzzyX", "the service"). By signing in you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
BuzzyX is a workspace for people growing an audience on X. It is young: features are being added, some are labelled "coming soon", and things may change or break. We'll do our best to be reliable, but we provide the service as is, without warranties of any kind.
Your X account
- You need an X account to use BuzzyX. Your use of X is governed by X's own terms and rules.
- When you enable posting, anything you publish through BuzzyX is published as you, under your name. You are responsible for what you post, exactly as if you had posted it on X directly.
- You can withdraw BuzzyX's access at any time from Settings or from your X account's connected apps.
Acceptable use
Don't use BuzzyX to:
- send spam, run engagement schemes, or otherwise break X's rules on platform manipulation;
- post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other people's accounts;
- resell or automate access to the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Plans, free trial and billing
Using the workspace requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, under its terms; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Each X account can take one free trial. Starting it requires a payment method. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription you chose (monthly or yearly) starts and is charged at the end of the trial, then at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancelling during the trial means you are not charged and keeps the workspace open until the trial ends with lower usage limits, and cancelling later keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
Accounts approved during our early-access period keep free access as founding members. If we change prices, we will tell existing subscribers before the change applies to them.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us only the permission needed to store it and publish it to X when you ask us to.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzyX will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, followers, reach, revenue or reputation arising from use of the service, including from posts published through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using BuzzyX at any time; ask us to delete your account and we will. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, note it on the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.
